Please Note:
All First Time Clients and Clients with any prior Cancellations will be required to leave a 50% Deposit at the time of booking. Additionally, all deposits are withdrawn at the time of booking & are non-refundable however, they will be credited to your service the day of your appointment. Deposits are non-transferable & can only be applied to another service within 30 days of the original booking. If a cancellation is necessary please reach out to us, if possible, within 48hrs of the scheduled service. If the reservation is cancelled due to a no-call/no-show or cancellation within 24hrs of the appointment, the deposit is used as a cancellation fee and is therefore no longer applicable to a service. Established clients who cancel within 24hrs of their appointment will be required to pay a cancellation fee of the entire service booked and leave a deposit for any future appointments. |
