Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure you receive your full service. If you are 15 minutes late, as a courtesy to other clients, we will reschedule your appointment.
Chemical Services: First time clients are required to pay a $75.00 deposit for any chemical service prior to booking.
ALL DEPOSITS ARE
WITHDRAWN AT THE TIME OF BOOKING & ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. ALL DEPOSITS ARE CREDITED TO THE DAY OF SERVICE. DEPOSITS ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE & CAN ONLY BE APPLIED TO ANOTHER SERVICE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE ORIGINAL BOOKING IF CANCELLATION IS NECESSARY.
As a courtesy to all, we will confirm your appointment the day before you are scheduled. Please give 24 hours notice should you need to change your appointment. All ‘NO SHOW’ appointments will be charged the full service amount. ‘Same day’ cancellations or missed appointments will be asked to secure all future appointments with a deposit.
Special Event Hair and Makeup Policy
There is a $35 (non-refundable) deposit required in order to book any Special Event Hair or Makeup Service.
We charge a $250 travel fee if you need us to travel to your location, and a 50% deposit is required in order to reserve your wedding date. Wedding trial runs are required!
